Business Analyst

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to build a strategic link between the units’ capabilities and the business objectives by contributing to profitability and controlling costs whilst recognizing opportunities and rapidly changing with customer and business requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support strategic decision-making initiatives/discussions by participating at relevant meetings/forums, carrying out relevant groundwork, research and data analysis via connecting with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely availability of information required to support decision making.
Prepare monthly reports on budgets, KPI charts for each department in order to monitor and compare customer complaints register.
Attend meetings with the HODs and identify variances and agree on necessary actions to be implemented
Facilitate visits made by customers, analyze the behavior of each customer and attend to their need. Also prepare strategic business presentations and reports at the meeting
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- An academic/ professional qualification in Finance or Business Management
- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
