Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Business Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the quality of project delivery, standardizing enterprise capabilities, and closely collaborating with key stakeholders to analyze, document, and translate current and future-state business processes into successful project outcomes.
The Global Business Services team operates as a dynamic, fast-paced organization whose mission is to serve as a trusted strategic partner to our internal and external customers through operational optimization, standardization, and enterprise capability enhancement.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Process Analysis & Innovation: Conduct in-depth analysis of business systems, workflows, and complex data sets to identify operational inefficiencies, derive actionable insights, and propose innovative technology or process solutions.
Requirements & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to discover, document, and prioritize business requirements, process maps, and user stories, ensuring total alignment with organizational objectives.
Technical Liaison & Integration: Serve as the core strategic liaison between business units and technology teams to translate complex business needs into precise technical requirements and drive successful project delivery.
Testing & Facilitation Frameworks: Document comprehensive test plans and user acceptance testing scenarios to facilitate business partner sign-offs, while leading training workshops for users affected by new systems.
Continuous Improvement & Mentorship: Elevate the efficiency of the Global Business Services Project Management Office through continuous improvement initiatives, while leading and mentoring junior business analysts to foster a high-performance environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated business analysis role.
Strong knowledge of business process mapping, data analysis, user acceptance testing workflows, and Project Management Office frameworks.
Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving: Exceptional capability in untangling complex workflows, optimizing performance, and translating ambiguous business problems into structured technical paths.
Stakeholder Management & Influence: Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, facilitate workshops, influence others, and align multiple teams around common enterprise goals.
Education: A Master's degree in Business Administration or a closely related professional field.
