The Role
Strong expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and process re-engineering for enterprise solutions
Ability to translate regulatory (DPDP, RBI) and business requirements into functional specifications, BRD/FRD, and user stories
Experience in data analysis, data mapping, and workflow design for privacy and governance use cases
Knowledge of DPDP modules (consent management, DPRM, DPIA, ROPA, breach management) and BFSI processes
Skilled in stakeholder management, workshops, and requirement validation across business, IT, and compliance teams
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and UAT coordination
Ability to support integration requirements (CBS, CRM, HRMS, APIs) and ensure end-to-end traceability
Strong documentation skills for SOPs, use cases, test scenarios, and audit/compliance artifacts

Required Skills and Experience
Graduate (any discipline) with experience in privacy consulting and privacy operations solution design, implementation & management
Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in infrastructure administration, server management, and data center operations
Hands-on experience in DC/DR setup, OS administration (Linux/Windows), and virtualization platforms
Experience in BFSI or regulated environments, supporting high-availability and 24x7 production systems
Strong exposure to backup, recovery, monitoring tools, and incident/problem management (L2 support)
Familiarity with security compliance (DPDP, RBI, ISO 27001) and infrastructure audit requirements
Preferred certifications: RHCE, Microsoft Certified, VMware, AWS/Azure Infrastructure certifications
