As part of QnR Group's ongoing expansion — both in Greece and internationally — we are continuously hiring across a wide range of tech roles. Successful candidates may be hired by QnR Group, or another company within the Group, depending on the role and project.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our EU public sector clients based in Brussels. You'll bridge the gap between non-technical end-users and the AI solutions development team, translating real-world needs into clear requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into technical specifications, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Acting as the primary liaison between end-users and the AI development team.
• Applying business analysis methodologies, techniques, and tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Validating that delivered solutions meet the original business requirements.
• Supporting change management and user adoption of new solutions.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 6+ years of professional experience in Requirements Engineering.
• Proven experience with business analysis methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• Demonstrable background in the design and development of software solutions.
• Strong communication skills — able to work effectively with both non-technical users and technical teams.
• Experience working in or alongside AI or data-driven solution development (advantageous).
• Language proficiency: French C2 + English B2, or French B2 + English C2.
  

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AI product development cycles.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Knowledge of agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
