Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Business Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the automotive sector. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, assessing business models and their integration with technology, and delivering data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and business value. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to define current and future state processes, gather and document requirements, support solution delivery, and drive continuous process improvement while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes, systems, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess business needs and customer requirements to define future-state business solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, user stories, and traceability matrices.
• Create and maintain As-Is and To-Be process models using appropriate business analysis methodologies.
• Research, gather, and synthesize business information to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate proposed business and technology changes and recommend solutions that maximize business value.
• Develop comprehensive process documentation aligned with business objectives and technology capabilities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Act as the liaison between business users, project stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless solution integration.
• Support solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and change activities.
• Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development and business sign-off.
• Monitor project deliverables and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate trends and organizational patterns to identify and prioritize business initiatives.
• Provide guidance on business analysis best practices and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain business analysis standards, documentation, and governance processes.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to key project decisions and support effective team collaboration across multiple workstreams.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–15 years of business analysis experience, depending on the level of the role.
• Proven experience analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering technology-enabled business solutions.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability management.
• Experience developing Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, process models, user stories, and test documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in requirements analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with business process analysis tools.
• Experience with business process design, business model strategy, and solution evaluation.
• Experience supporting solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
• Understanding of system integration concepts and data flows.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or FTI Business Analysis Certification are advantageous.
• Agile, SAFe, Design Thinking, or Business Analysis Diploma certifications are advantageous.
