Under the leadership of the Head of Americas Real Estate Services Analytics, this role will collect, consolidate, administer and deliver repeatable standard and customized corporate services reporting utilizing the standardized methods, MI tools and vendor support structures for global and regional data. You will work alongside other analysts to support UBS service owners and business stakeholders across a variety of real estate and corporate services.Responsible for obtaining data in various formats from multiple sources (internal, external) to compile and provide meaningful reports. This role will expand and support solutions for Real Estate and Corporate services utilizing Microsoft Power platform capabilities. Such data is to be delivered with accuracy and within pre-determined timelines.
Job Description
To succeed in this role, the Analyst should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to nontechnical users; be fluent in the use of data management applications e.g. Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Dataverse & Microsoft Fabric); Alteryx, Microsoft Excel; will collect, monitor and report on key performance metrics and build and maintain department level scorecards; report on functional performance, build ad-hoc reports and generate conclusions that drive decision making.
The production and maintenance of documentation on dataflows, mappings & processes will be an integral part of the role. The analyst will also provide Process Management and automation services (Power Automate & Power Apps).
This role is based in the New York City area and will require the analyst to be on-site a minimum of 3 days per week at the client in New York City, New York or Weehawken, New Jersey.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support analytics lead with trend/performance analyses related to service programs including travel management, corporate card, workplace services, food & conference, financial planning, lease administration, and environmental management
- Build and maintain operational day to day relationship with supplier data providers and data consolidation vendors. Key focus to be on timely data delivery, quality control & document procedures around production of accurate reporting
- Review data quality, liaise with appropriate suppliers to resolve any output/data mapping issues and refer to Service Level Agreements (SLA) where applicable
- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, and analytics
- Use Microsoft Fabric/Alteryx/Power Automate to design custom automated data workflows
- Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization
- Administration of end to end documentation/maintenance of all data streams, data distribution lists, and automation
- Produce ad-hoc reports as requested and within agreed timelines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank's policies and procedures related to Americas Real Estate and Services
- Apply initiative to make suggestions contributing to overall analytics team effectiveness
- Collaborate with other Real Estate analytics teams on best practices and development of innovation/enhanced analytics
- Stay current on the marketplace, incorporating relevant elements into client deliverables and value proposition
- Incorporate AI and keep up to date with general analytics and AI trends
- Other Ad Hoc tasks as requested

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field or a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Substantial understanding of data process flows
- Able to manipulate and blend data in order to design dashboards and visualizations
- Preferred Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Skilled in Microsoft Power Platform Solutions

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
