We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, playing a pivotal part in defining, analyzing, and optimizing our payment and card products and processes. You will be part of the Yuh Pay functional team in the Yuh Solution department which has the mission to develop de Yuh App.

Yuh Pay team is responsible to develop and maintain all the payments and cards aspects of the app.

The main activities of your role will be to : 

• Do project analysis and specifications in scope of payments and cards
• Manage projects during the whole software delivery lifecycle and produce adequate reports
• Manage the backlog of the development team
• Participate in early discoveries in collaboration with Yuh Product owners

Your responsibilities

• Challenge stakeholders to define the objectives behind the expressed needs and manage their expectations.
• Conduct business study ensuring functional feasibility
• Ensure the functional documentation of our business and technical processes is adequate
• Work hand to hand-in-hand with other members of the product teams to design, structure and define the solution
• Write project specifications
• Write user stories for development team

• 5+ years as a business analyst, project manager or product owner or equivalent role in the sector of banking services.
• Experience in Mobile projects
• You demonstrate creativity and initiative and proved your problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset in your previous experiences.
• You are comfortable to give and receive feedback and possesses great communication skills.
• Fluent in English, French would be an asset.
