WHAT YOU’LL DO

Join our Professional Services as a Business Analyst (UX), bridging business stakeholders and development teams. You will work directly with customers to elicit and document business requirements, then translate them into UX storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma. Your deliverables will be the single source of truth for engineering teams to implement solutions across our IT Complete suite.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

•       Lead discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

•       Understand the customer’s business context, workflows, pain points, and objectives to align UX solutions to their needs.

•       Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

•       Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive product improvements and optimize existing implementations.

UX Design & Prototyping

•       Transform validated requirements into storyboards, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

•       Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enable developers to implement requirements correctly on the first iteration.

•       Create and maintain a reusable component library and design system aligned with Kaseya’s brand guidelines.

•       Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback loops with stakeholders and end users.

Collaboration & Delivery

•       Work with Stakeholders, product managers, developers, and support teams to move projects forward.

•       Participate in design reviews, and cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment between design and development.

•       Present design proposals to customers and stakeholders, articulating rationale and expected outcomes.

•       Proactively identify UX improvement opportunities and propose data-driven enhancements.

Project Support

•       Support project discovery by providing UX expertise during scope definition and effort allocation.

•       Establish best practices, templates, and design standards to mature UX capabilities across the organization.

•       Monitor design deliverables, ensuring on-time completion within project KPIs.

•       Maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted UX advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Required

•       3+ years in UX Design, UX Research, or a combined Business Analysis/UX role.

•       Advanced proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, auto-layout, design systems).

•       Strong ability to elicit and document business requirements and translate them into design artifacts.

•       Experience with user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.

•       Ability to transform data and analytics into UX improvements.

•       Excellent English communication skills (B1+).

•       Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

Preferred

•       Experience in B2B SaaS, IT management, or enterprise software.

•       Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for developer handoffs.

•       Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX projects.

•       Experience with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
