We are seeking a Business Analyst at Citco to help support our BPM platform; Business Optix. You’ll gain hands-on experience in platform implementation, quality assurance, and user support, building both technical and analytical skills in a global financial services environment. This role offers strong growth potential for motivated individuals ready to make an impact.
ResponsibilitiesOperational Support:
- Manage master data uploads and API exports
- Provide support for user application queries and escalations
- Maintain and update supporting documentation (user guides and admin guides)
- Evaluate and assess new BusinessOptix releases for potential implementation within our libraries
Quality Assurance Support:
- Support development and maintenance of QA standards and testing protocols
- Execute QA testing and validation of BusinessOptix implementations
- Design and perform end-to-end testing for multi-system integrations
- Review and validate Service Catalogue uploads in BusinessOptix
- Support model transfer validation between Business Optix and our workflow tool
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years in Project Management experience with demonstrated responsibility and ownership of projects, preferably in financial domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of API integrations and data management
- Excellent documentation, writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Basic understanding of QA methodologies and testing practices
- Basic knowledge of BPM concepts and process modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
