Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Understand core banking processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with business users to gather and document detailed requirements for FLEXCUBE solutions.
Analyze requirements to identify potential issues and dependencies.
Create functional specifications and design documents.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
Design and optimize FLEXCUBE solutions to meet business needs.
Develop test scripts for system and UAT testing.
Support the implementation of new customizations and enhancements.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
Participate in system testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify and document defects and ensure resolution.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Communicate requirements and progress effectively.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for FLEXCUBE.
- Knowledge of FLEXCUBE and Core Banking:
Strong understanding of FLEXCUBE modules and functionalities.
Experience with core banking processes, such as CASA, loans, deposits, and payments.
Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Other potential responsibilities:
Data analysis and reporting.
Process improvement and optimization.
Training and support for end-users.
Skills and Experience:
- Technical Skills:
Familiarity with core banking applications and processes.
Experience with FLEXCUBE or similar core banking platforms.
Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
Ability to design and execute test cases.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT).
- Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Domain Knowledge:
Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of banking products and services.
