Position Summary
Support implementation and maintenance of B2B Operations tools, improving B2B sales processes through punctual reporting of sales activity and achievement progress by channel, clients and sales account and supervise the status of their forecast.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose and support the improvement of the usage for Salesforce.com system
- Working daily with sales account collecting important forecast for business rhythm.
- Support data collection and manage in system all Business Opportunities following indication by sales account, marketing and SCM team.
- Updating rollout plan by week to get a perfect alignment between market demand and customer results data.
- Implement and revise new tools of reporting on sales progress and B2B team and individual target achievement.
- Ensure the establishment of proper communication with sales accounts in order to share targets and progress of target achievements.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses where required (sales analysis by product / channel etc.).
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: University Degree, preferably in Economics or Mgmt Engineering.
Computer Knowledge: good knowledge of Excel
Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English.
Relational and proactive skills, analytical mindset and precision, goals oriented, willing to learn and work in a competitive and demanding environment.
