As Business Analyst Supply Chain you play an important role in these projects by gathering business requirements, unravel and visualize complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement. You will provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, prepare documentation for the development teams that build the integrations, support testing and work with Product Owners and business partners to ensure informed decisions can be made.  What you will do: 

  • Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze processes including purchasing(raw materials), production of garments, inventory management and distribution to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: you will participate in projects and engage with stakeholders form various departments like Finance, Buying and IT to gather their input and translate into actionable insights to drive change.
  • Visual modeling: You will document, present and visualize your recommendations and conclusions in a comprehensive way that stakeholders can understand and digest
  • Data-driven: gather and analyze data from (internal and external) sources and translate into reports and dashboards to support data driven decision making.
  • Agile mindset: work with our agile development teams to support development, prepare and maintain documentation, host refinement sessions, facilitate testing and acceptance of deliverables

 

Who you are: 

  • Experience in a BA role is a big plus: understanding retail supply chain and fulfilment processes. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation is a big plus! Involvement in Supply Chain projects in apparel retail is a plus.
  • Analytical skills: you are a critical thinker that facilitates a shared understanding of the situation before settling on a solution. Make sense of unstructured information and have a record of accomplishment in projects focused on developing and integrating software solutions. You have the ability to create clear and concise documentation
  • Methodology and tech skills: understanding of agile methodologies and the roles within a scrum team, conceptual technical understanding of how it solutions work is a plus
  • Communication: listen and absorb, distil and communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively. Facilitate workshops and process and present the outcome
  • Pro-active and self managing: commit to deadlines, can-do mentality, excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Domain expertise: knows what drives success in apparel retail supply chain
