IDEALFORCE have a Contract position available immediately for a Business Analyst/SR  to join our customer in Phoenix, AZ. This is an ONSITE position. Job Description

* Gather requirements through direct user interviews as well as formal and informal sessions.
* Analyze system & functional specifications, use cases, coding and testing phases.
* Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) Sessions with business users and development team to drive out detailed business requirements.
* Manage the integration of cross-functional processes.
* Provide reporting expertise, as necessary, across the project to the functional teams to help facilitate data gathering and presentation
* Support the development of functional and technical deliverables

Qualifications


* 5 plus years of non-academic experience and expertise in the software development life-cycle (SDLC), including collection of requirements, documentation of specifications, application design, implementation and support
* Demonstrated experience interacting with leadership on key initiatives and provide impact analysis on proposed system requirements
* General knowledge of policies, procedures, programs and business goals
* Experience in build and release activities
* Proficient analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details and extract to functional requirements
* Strong customer service skills
