Everforth ECS is seeking a Enterprise Support ISSE - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather and define project needs.
- Direct operational workflow analysis and data mapping activities to ensure accurate requirement documentation.
- Establish and maintain traceability standards to validate alignment with mission priorities.
- Advise program leadership on process optimization opportunities and functional risk impacts.
- Ensure requirements are structured to support Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Oversee requirement changes affecting application delivery and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Validate and refine requirements to ensure they meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business analysis insights into project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential.
- Over 15 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance across the full SDLC.
- Proven expertise in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Extensive experience in federal sector projects, including DSCA, U.S. Navy, and Department of State.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and ServiceNow SPM framework.
