About the team
The Payment Production Support team is responsible for supporting FIS customers 24/7 in LATAM and Caribbean region from Mexico to Argentina. We provide on time high tech support and reach our SLAs with ingenious solutions using workarounds while a definitive solution is in place. Our team manages the release management and the professional services of staff assigned to monitor the customers FIS applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Payment Support team!
*This role does require some availability outside of normal business hours.
What you will be doing
- Assist the technical support team with complex issues
- Coordinate the technical solutions and create workarounds
- Write and review technical reports for the customers
What you bring
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Deep knowledge in payments applications,
- knowledge in bank or processor backoffice
- knowledge of ISO 8583
- Knowledge in language C++ or Java (desirable)
- Customer service skills
- Follow-up skills

- Deep knowledge in one of the following FIS applications: Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator.
