Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Analyste d’affaires – Optimisation des processus de filtrage de sécurité pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Responsabilités
Réaliser des évaluations de l’état actuel des processus de filtrage de sécurité, de gestion des accès, de vérification des entrepreneurs et de gestion des visiteurs afin d’identifier les lacunes, les inefficacités, les risques et les occasions d’amélioration;
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes et les consulter afin de recueillir les besoins d’affaires, documenter les enjeux rencontrés, évaluer les besoins futurs et soutenir l’élaboration de recommandations pour les programmes;
Évaluer les mécanismes de gouvernance, de gestion des risques, de prise de décision, d’imputabilité, de délégation et d’escalade afin d’assurer leur alignement avec les exigences opérationnelles et de sécurité;
Élaborer des recommandations d’amélioration des processus visant à simplifier, normaliser, rationaliser, numériser et automatiser les activités du programme en s’appuyant sur les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie et des analyses comparatives;
Concevoir des modèles opérationnels cibles et des cadres de processus pour le programme de filtrage de sécurité et de gestion des accès, incluant les structures de gouvernance, les flux de travail, les rôles et responsabilités en utilisant ServiceNow;
Définir les exigences d’affaires et formuler des recommandations de mise en œuvre afin de soutenir les initiatives de transformation numérique, notamment l’automatisation des flux de travail, les capacités de production de rapports et les solutions de modernisation des processus;
Mettre en place des cadres de mesure de la performance en définissant les indicateurs clés de performance (ICP), les mesures de référence, les exigences en matière de rapports et les approches de réalisation des bénéfices afin de soutenir l’amélioration continue;
Élaborer des feuilles de route de mise en œuvre, des stratégies de gestion du changement, du matériel de formation ainsi que des recommandations destinées à la haute direction afin d’assurer la modernisation réussie et la pérennité du programme de filtrage de sécurité et de gestion des accès;
Effectuer toute autre activité connexe et produire les livrables requis.
Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management, Management Consulting, or a related field;
- Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), Prosci, or equivalent certification;
- A minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational transformation, or program modernization initiatives within large and complex organizations;
- A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience conducting current-state assessments, gap analyses, governance reviews, and risk assessments to identify operational inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement;
- Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives related to security screening, access management, compliance, risk management, workflow automation, digital transformation, or operational resilience;
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops and stakeholder consultations, and developing recommendations for process optimization and modernization;
- Demonstrated experience designing future-state operating models, developing implementation roadmaps, establishing performance measurement frameworks, and supporting change management activities;
- Demonstrated ability to conduct process assessments, process mapping, gap analyses, root-cause analyses, and business process re-engineering activities;
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements using industry-standard business analysis methodologies;
- Demonstrated ability to assess and design governance frameworks, operating models, workflows, accountability structures, risk controls, and escalation processes;
- Demonstrated ability to define requirements and develop recommendations for workflow automation, process digitization, reporting solutions, and business process modernization initiatives;
- Demonstrated experience using ServiceNow to analyze, design, configure, implement, or optimize workflow automation, case management, approval processes, reporting capabilities, and business process modernization solutions;
- Demonstrated proficiency with business analysis, process mapping, reporting, and presentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools;
- The Consultant must be eligible to obtain the following security clearance: Reliability Status, which requires a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable personal history.

Skills Required
