Job Description
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach and guide the development team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Remove blockers and impediments that hinder team progress
- Track and communicate sprint velocity, burndown charts, and team metrics
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes
- Create process flows, wireframes, use cases, and functional specifications
- Facilitate requirement workshops
- Perform UAT coordination and support defect management
- Ensure delivered features meet business objectives and acceptance criteria

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in similar role, or in Software development lifecycle/IT and/ or as Business Analyst in IT.
