What Will You Be Doing?

  • Partner with Sales Operations Project Managers and Program Managers to help define project objectives, scope, business requirements, success metrics, and implementation approaches.
  • Lead discovery efforts and conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis to help identify underlying business issues and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Translate ambiguous business requests into clear requirements, recommendations, and decision-ready materials.
  • Help facilitate cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders on priorities, business processes, requirements, risks, and implementation strategies.
  • Assess potential risks and impacts of proposed changes across systems, processes, teams, and customers to support successful implementation and adoption.
  • Support department leadership by providing analysis, business insights, recommendations, and documentation that enable informed decision-making.
  • Analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends, measure performance, evaluate initiative impact, and influence effective decision-making.
  • Propose and implement reports, dashboards, and similar tools that support strategic decisions and performance visibility.
  • Champion continuous improvement by proactively identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to project teams and business partners by providing business expertise, strategic thinking, and data-driven, solution-oriented recommendations.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in relevant platform functionality, system features, business processes, and organizational workflows.
  • Assist with the development of project communications, stakeholder management materials, and documentation that support project delivery and organizational readiness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Moderate to high level of proficiency in Excel and other statistical tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to work across an organization at all levels with technical, creative, and executive team members
  • Ability to interact with many different skill sets and roles within the company
  • Ability and energy to work on multiple projects at a time and potentially switch projects as necessary, maintaining a strong quality focus on each
  • Ability to self-manage in times of stress, and independently make timely decisions in alignment with business goals

What's Our Offer?

Salary Range: You`ll earn between $80,170 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.


Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.


Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?

Remote: Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Periodic travel may be required. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and participating in virtual and in-person meetings. Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and standard office equipment is required. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be needed to attend meetings or collaborate in an office setting. The role requires the ability to perform close visual work on a computer for extended periods. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10–15 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
