About the Role: We are seeking a Business Analyst for an exciting internship to contribute to an innovative project in Artificial Intelligence (AI). If you excel at analyzing data, solving problems, and driving insights, join our dynamic team to shape AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct insightful market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to the creation of go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, target audience identification, and competitive positioning.
• Develop strategic business plans to drive growth and market expansion.
• Assist in capital market strategies, including crafting compelling investor presentations and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning strategies with broader business objectives

About You:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Business Analyst, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for extracting actionable insights from market research.
• Proficient in effective presentation and communication of strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have knowledge of risk analysis and internal control processes to identify and mitigate potential business risks effectively
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:

1. Application Submission: Candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters through our career portal.
2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit.  The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
