Job Description- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Tasks
- Daily standard SAP maintenance and cost calculation (e.g. product master data, standard cost, transfer price)
- Monthly closing (SAP FI-CO module)
- Actual/forecast reports (cost tracking, productivity tracking; forecast analysis data base)
- Support quotation/Investment assessment/Project calculation
- Data base maintenance in digital platform
- Responsibility for data quality (consistency and completeness)
- Plausibility check of reports
- Identification and correction of errors
- Coordination and execution of standard reporting processes
- Ensure on time delivery of data and reports
- Optimize reporting and process
- Degree in Accounting or Business Administration;
- Fresh graduate who’s passionate and willing to take challenges is welcome;
- Preferable with working experience in manufacturing environment and MNC, especially with working experience in plant controlling and reporting;
- Efficiently carries out routine tasks of standard reporting (data collection, data validation, plausibility check, report generation);
- Applies strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data;
- Proactive and willing to learn;
- Team player, proactive, highly motivated, self-driven, result and future oriented;
- Cost mindset;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel/ PowerPoint;
- Financial IT-systems or other digital tools is as add-on skills;
- Striving for continuous improvement
- Proficient in English language both in writing and oral.
