We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Private Client team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of finance, technology, and business process improvement.
The position combines day-to-day operational support with project-based work and requires close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to drive efficiency, support regulatory compliance, and enhance the user experience.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data (primarily using Excel) to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and resolution of issues and enhancements through Jira or similar tools
  • Participate in end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and post-launch support
  • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and clarity on requirements and solutions
  • Support complex operational issues and escalations through impact analysis and coordinated resolution
  • Contribute to reporting, analytics, and audit/compliance activities
  • Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, requirements, and system changes

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience within financial services (investment industry preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and/or SQL is an asset

This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
