Business Analyst – Hybrid
The Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Application Services team in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes, conduct needs assessments, and translate requirements into IT solutions.
Develop business requirements, use cases, process documentation, and test scripts.
Support SDLC activities, process re-engineering, upgrades, maintenance, and application enhancements.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define user needs and application solutions.
Plan and facilitate application testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide 2nd/3rd-level production support, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
Manage multiple projects and initiatives while working effectively with technical and business teams.
Required Skills:
Strong business analysis, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Understanding of IT concepts and SDLC methodologies.
Experience with Agile, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams.
Salesforce experience preferred.
