CVS Health is looking for a Business Analyst to support our Manufacturer Rebates systems and help drive technology and process improvements across our PBM Finance organization. In this role, you’ll work with teams across underwriting, IT, finance, legal, sales, and operations to define requirements, improve processes, and support major transformation initiatives.
We’re looking for someone with strong technical experience and the ability to break down complex topics into clear documentation. You should enjoy problem‑solving, collaborating across teams, and helping bring clarity to complicated systems and data flows.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an advisor to business and IT teams on system navigation, data structures, and process flows.
- Gather and document requirements for invoicing, payments, underwriting, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with finance and analytics teams to ensure rebate systems support evolving business needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all BA work related to Manufacturer Rebates.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and project plans.
- Solve large, complex business problems and help design effective solutions.
- Provide communications support for business transformation projects.
- Clearly explain technical concepts and design decisions to both business and technology stakeholders.
- Partner with Agile teams to ensure alignment on scope, requirements, testing, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in code reviews and help coordinate or conduct user acceptance testing.
- Maintain strong documentation across all work.
- Identify and remove obstacles that slow down team efficiency.
- Advocate for improvements to product quality, performance, and security.
- 5+ years supporting technical business operations or production support.
- 5+ years of technical writing, including system diagrams and complex process documentation.
- Experience in healthcare, PBM, or pharmacy services.
- Experience working with complex, interconnected systems and business processes.
- Agile experience preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn complex topics in a matrixed environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
