Salary: $120-170k

The ideal candidate will lead analysis and design for enterprise systems, support testing activities, and ensure effective knowledge transfer. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI, and the ability to facilitate JAR and JAD sessions.

Sabot Consulting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead analysis and design for enterprise systems, support testing activities, and ensure effective knowledge transfer. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI, and the ability to facilitate JAR and JAD sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis and design for enterprise systems.
- Facilitate Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
- Document business requirements, design artifacts, and traceability matrix.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Assist in the development of test scripts.
- Execute test cases and track defects.
- Document and share test results with relevant stakeholders.
- Triage defects with IT and business teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide comprehensive documentation, shadowing, and training to team members.
- Ensure ongoing transfer of knowledge and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- 15 years of experience in project work and technical writing, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and design documents.
- 15 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), including 10 years of experience in mapping and gap analysis.
- 15 years of experience facilitating JAR and JAD sessions.
- 12 years of experience with SQL, specifically Oracle 11g and 19C.
- 10 years of experience in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Figma, Visio, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and qTest.
- Experience with public pension systems or government retirement/health programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in the financial or public sector.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and CRM platforms.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
