The Business Analyst team shapes the strategy, growth, and performance of Robinhood's credit products, delivering top-tier experiences for our users. As part of the broader Credit organization, we work closely with product, engineering, risk, and operations to unlock sustainable business growth through deep analytical rigor. Our team fosters a collaborative, ownership-driven culture where every analyst directly influences business strategy and product direction.
As a Business Analyst, you'll be part of an 18-month rotational program, completing approximately five rotations across different areas of our Money and Growth org. Each rotation embeds you alongside product, engineering, risk, and operations teams — giving you direct exposure to the metrics, stakeholders, and strategic priorities that drive Robinhood's core business. You'll own real work from day one, build cross-functional fluency fast, and leave each rotation having made a measurable impact.
This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do- Build fluency across the Money and Growth org by rotating through roughly 5 distinct team assignments over the program, each with its own stakeholders, metrics, and strategic priorities
- Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers to identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes
- Structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems across product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs
- Partner with engineering, product, risk, and finance teams to execute key strategic initiatives and monitor program efficacy
- Develop analytical models, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to inform leadership decision-making and influence core business direction
- Experience in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, financial services, or a quantitative analytical role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced quantitative modeling techniques
- Ability to synthesize complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners
- Fluency with AI tools, with a genuine interest in staying current as the tools evolve
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
