We are seeking a Business Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making initiatives within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, business intelligence, reporting automation, and data warehousing. This role requires expertise in transforming complex data into actionable insights while supporting business operations and strategic initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Power BI and Tableau
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from multiple data sources
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical reporting and analytics solutions
- Work with large datasets and support data architecture and data warehousing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards
- Support healthcare-related reporting and analytics requirements
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred; candidates who have completed at least two years of college with relevant experience may be considered
- 4+ years of relevant business analytics, reporting, or data analysis experience.

- SQL
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Databricks
- Experience in reporting and analytics within a data-driven environment
- Knowledge of report automation, ETL processes, data architecture, and data warehousing concepts
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in US Healthcare
- Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
- Knowledge of Rx Claims and Pharmacy operations
- Proven exposure to healthcare reporting and analytics environments
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Approximately 50% reporting/business intelligence experience and 50% healthcare domain exposure
- Comfortable working with large datasets and developing end-to-end reporting solutions
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
