Your tasks:
You will be empowered to challenge our strategies and to improve commercial methods, processes, tools, and solutions. You will partner with our Business Units, to deliver sustainable top line and profit growth.
Specifically, you will …
- Support the evolution and implementation of Aareon’s monetization and pricing strategy
- Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess pricing effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Proactively identify and help to prioritize improvement opportunities, and develop solutions to capture them to grow the business
- Work side-by-side with our Market Unit and Business Unit Leaders with effective advice, ideas, and hands-on solutions
- Lead cross-functional commercial initiatives and projects to implement newly proposed pricing strategies
Your profile:
- Experience (4-5 years) in pricing (or similar area) and top line optimization in a B2B environment
- Good knowledge of key pricing methods and techniques
- Business acumen with a passion to drive growth
- The ability and desire to learn quickly
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of utilizing comprehensive internal data and metrics as well as external customer data
- Good project management, stakeholder management and communications skills, incl. the ability to communicate and report ideas and recommendations in a clear, pragmatic, and unambiguous way
- The ability to build trustful relationships, to inspire and guide colleagues, and to drive best practices across an organization
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; able to build compelling presentations and analytical models
- Professional proficiency in German and English
- SaaS-experience, Experience with standard reporting tools and SaaS KPIs as well as knowledge of AI-pricing strategies is helpful, but not required
