As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst Lead with strong analytical and technical skills and solid experience in banking projects to lead business analysis activities across regulatory, card scheme, and digital banking initiatives, ensuring successful delivery, compliance, and alignment across complex banking programs.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Business Analysis within Banking, Cards, or Payments.
- Proven track record delivering regulatory and scheme-mandated initiatives.
- Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis streams for card scheme, regulatory, and digital transformation projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between business, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Translate regulatory and scheme mandates into business requirements, capabilities, and implementation plans.
- Manage Agile backlogs and delivery priorities using Azure DevOps.
- Drive requirements management, documentation, traceability, and compliance governance.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards, including EMV 3DS and payment regulations.
- Coordinate UAT, business validation, and deployment readiness activities.
- Facilitate workshops, manage risks and dependencies, and support executive reporting.
