evaluating, and reporting data to increase general sales productivity. Employ

defining KPIs and metrics to assess sales strategy effectiveness, conduct

- Analysing business operations

changes and action. The business analyst intern will work closely with the
operations and finance teams to evaluate the effects of operational changes on
overall profitability.
- Collecting sales trends and
records and evaluating performance calculated against sales targets based on
research and past data, and analyse differences between the goals and actual
sales to suggest fixes.
- Evaluating current economic
situations and preparing sales forecasts while collaborating with key
stakeholders to adjust forecasts in response to changing market conditions.
- Computing commission for the
sales team and other stakeholders and ensuring they are paid timely,
- Develop reporting structures
and models that identify trends and determine the baseline for action and
fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Assisting management in the
development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and sales budget.
- Analysing the performance of
different sales streams and efficiency rates, giving conclusion and purpose
guidance.
- Conduct business intelligence
data mining for the sales and Operation department and present actionable
recommendations based on the mined data.
- Ensure that sales processes are
being followed according to design and regularly auditing and assessing
compliance with established sales processes.
- Proposed solution to increase
overall business performance from findings.
- Interact with the sales team to
ensure that business processes are understood and being followed by providing
training and support to ensure that sales processes are well-understood and
consistently followed.
- Track and compile all operations
and sales plan.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or any related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
