The Red Hat Global Workplace Solutions team is looking for a Workplace Operations Business Analyst to join our global team. This person will be working with a global team of workplace operations professionals in support of process development and analysis. This role will be responsible for creating new processes on identified projects and partnering with teammates on identified global projects. This position is for someone who is highly self-motivated, strives for excellence, adapts well to change, is solutions & data driven, and has strong time and task management in a fast paced corporate environment.
Workplace Operations Business Analyst:

Assist with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures

Design and maintain data within tools such as Smartsheet and Google
-
Analyze and report on operational metrics
-
Produce engaging content through digital storytelling

Assist in managing assigned projects from project award to completion

Provide status updates on multiple projects to leadership
Skills/Competencies/Experience:

Ability to influence multiple key partners to drive projects to implementation

Strong written and communication skills

Solid knowledge in tools such as Smartsheet and Google Sheet

Ability to utilize knowledge of company culture and business perspective to shape decision making

Accomplished organizational skills, focusing on resource coordination, time-management

Successful in taking quick independent action to capitalize on opportunities, to midgate complications and to add value

Ability to capture, organize/display, analyze, and apply data toward problem solving and critical thinking
