We are currently looking for a Business Analyst Intern, with a focus on AI tools adoption, to join our EMEA Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team in Munich, Germany. In this role, you will work closely with a mentor and collaborate with a team of experienced Business Analysts. Your time will be split between supporting core data-driven business decisions and driving the adoption of AI tools to boost our team's productivity, efficiency, and insights.

You will cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally, gaining hands-on corporate experience while heavily influencing how our operations team leverages AI.

The focus for Red Hat's Intern Program is a dual partnership between the Emerging Talent Team, and our intern managers. We offer you professional development, social engagement and networking, performance and development, and meaningful work throughout your time at Red Hat.

What you will do:

  • AI Tool Adoption & Coordination: Serve as the primary driver for the adoption of AI tools (including Gemini Pro, Cursor, and NotebookLM) within the team.

  • Enablement & Upskilling: Proactively lead the AI adoption project by organizing onboarding sessions, identifying skill gaps, and reaching out to external experts when needed to upskill the rest of the team. Lead by example, and develop concrete use cases for own usage and for the team.

  • Data Extraction & Manipulation: Work with data extraction and manipulation to help build analyses that drive regional business decisions and strategic actions.

  • Presentations & Insights: Translate data findings and AI-driven insights into clear, visualized presentations for team stakeholders.

  • Team-Wide Collaboration: Consolidate AI implementation projects with a "team-first" mindset, ensuring tools are utilized to maximize overall operational efficiency.

  • Network & Grow: Network in a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive

What you will bring:

  • AI Expertise (Must-Have): Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with Gemini, Notebook LM and Cursor is required

  • Googlesuite/Microsoft suite (Must-Have): High proficiency in data and presentation tools: Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Word/Google Docs.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Ability to effectively establish and maintain communication with internal stakeholders.

  • Mindset: Strong sense of curiosity and proactivity. You must be comfortable ramping up independently on new technologies and taking the lead on projects.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions.

  • SQL Knowledge: Experience with SQL is considered a strong plus/nice-to-have.

  • Teamwork: Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider, international team.
