Business Analyst Intern (10 to 12 months Internship)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data models and analytical tools.
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
