We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions by analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain business process documentation and workflows.
Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Create and execute test plans to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
Support change management and user training initiatives.
Use data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus.
Industry-specific experience (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, IT, etc.)
