We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of telecom solutions across BSS/OSS platforms. This role focuses on product modelling, configuration, and solution design, working closely with business analysts, developers, and architects to ensure high-quality and scalable implementations.
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will:
Develop knowledge across telecom BSS/OSS domains, including Product Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management
Build expertise in telco product modelling and system configuration
Configure solutions in alignment with business requirements and solution design
Provide technical consultancy to internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities, design approaches, and best practices
Apply TM Forum standards in areas such as product modelling, service decomposition, and order fulfilment
Support end-to-end solution delivery, including impact assessment and configuration activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BAs, Devs, Architects) to refine and implement solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues during build and testing phases

Experience working in telecommunication BSS/OSS environments
3+ years' experience in a similar role
Hands-on experience with Product Catalog and Pricing configuration
Proficient in BPMN modelling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Eager to learn and build deep technical expertise
Desirable Skills
Experience with Camunda BPMN
Knowledge of XSLT and mapping configurations
Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs (e.g. TMF620, TMF622, TMF641)
Understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes in telecom
