The Business Analyst II will report to the Lead Business Analyst

As the Business Analyst II, you will:

  • Drive insights that influence business strategy—not just report on data
  • Identify root causes behind performance trends and recommend actions that improve outcomes
  • Build and evolve core metrics, dashboards, and analyses that shape decision-making
  • Partner with product, operations, and leadership to turn data into clear direction
  • Take ownership of ambiguous problems and push them toward structured, actionable solutions

About You: 

  • 3+ years in a data-focused role (analytics, BI, consulting, finance, etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinker who can go beyond tasks to drive strategy
  • Comfortable working with SQL to explore and analyze data
  • Able to communicate insights clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Self-starter mindset—you don’t wait for direction, you create it

Even Better:

  • Experience with forecasting or modeling
  • Python or R experience
  • Fintech or financial services exposure

  • This role will be based in the US.

Compensation: 

A little about our pay philosophy: We take pride in compensating our employees fairly and equitably. We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary based on the roles location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, candidate location and budget. This range may be modified in the future.

Salary Range: $105,000 - 131,000 USD. Employees are also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and equity.
