Primary Responsibilities/Objectives:

  Reporting Design and Implementation 

  • Collect, analyze, & evaluate medium to complex qualitative data statistical analysis and present findings to best support the business needs.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain report templates including automation, formatting and data presentation to ensure efficient and timely delivery of accurate reports and in conformance to corporate reporting standards at all levels

  • Work cross-departmentally, to gather business requirements and set priorities to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Consolidate and Summarize Data with various platforms to understand and document new data sets in different formats.

Team Reporting 

  • Provide Regular file updates to ensure timely audits of existing reports and files

  • Monitor Accuracy of data outputs to ensure the proper KPIs/Metrics are being presented

  • Check for relevance of data that is being outsourced to ensure the items are still necessary and valid to the prospective audiences.

Internal Process

  • Participate in BCP (Business Continuity Program)

  • Manage EAS Google Group email box, Provide timely responses to status updates and requests to internal team members and business leaders

  • Maintain and Update the following:

    • WFM Request Tracker

    • WF Databases

    • Other WF related files 

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 


 Core Competencies:

  • Attention to Detail: Data is precise. Data analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions. Must make every effort to not only meet but also preempt customer needs.

  • Communication Skills: Data analysts are often called to present their findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.  Needs to possess the ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.

  • Critical Thinking Skills: Data analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.  Need to be strong in logic and mathematics.

  • Coding: Experience with JavaScript is preferred

  • Data Visualization: Experience with Tableau is a plus

  • Google Products: At a minimum intermediate level with Sheets, Slides, and Docs.

  • Querying: Experience writing T-SQL a plus
