Data Analysis and Execution:
- Collaborate Marketing teams across the globe to create an appropriate measurement strategy for marketing campaigns.

Our Requirements:
- BE/B-tech, Master’s degree (preferably related to marketing or data).
- Expert in T-SQL, Stored Procedure, RDBMS, Data Analytics, Customer Analytics, Campaign Analytics, advance excel.
- Advance analytics, Python, Predictive analytics, Customer life cycle analytics, predictive analytics.
- Data analysis, insights, report and dashboard creation.
- Superior knowledge of some of the named tools for analyzing marketing data and customer data (Power BI, Salesforce, Marketo, Excel).
- Familiarity with Standard Business Data Flow/Process Flow like, marketing, sales, supply-chain.
- Ability to work in a team, and effective communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify key performance metrics and build exec-facing dashboards to track progress of our marketing campaign performance.
- Regular communication with global marketing team to understand data requirement and build strong relationship.
- Support with data and analytics requirement to understand improved customer performance, CLM(Customer Life cycle management), Active Customer base analysis.
- SQL query optimization: write complex query, performance tuning of existing query and stored procedure.
- Create report and dashboard in excel, Power BI to achieve automation and self-serve capabilities for data and analytics business requirements.
- Marketing campaign data requirement, pre and post campaign analysis.
- Use Advanced analytics tools and concepts like Python, R, Predictive Modeling. Customer Churn Prediction, Customer Potential Modeling.
