We are seeking a Business Analyst I (Contract) to join our global Lodging, Ground and Sea (LGS) team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—supporting travel suppliers across hotels, ground transportation and cruise through data-driven insights, streamlined processes and scalable solutions. As a Business Analyst I, you will support business operations by gathering and analyzing data, documenting requirements and identifying process improvements. This contract role offers foundational experience in a dynamic, global environment and provides the opportunity to collaborate across teams and contribute to key LGS initiatives. It is ideal for someone eager to build core analytical and business skills in the travel technology space.
Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering and documentation for LGS-related projects and initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards and presentations that inform decision-making.
- Participate in testing and validation of systems or process changes.
- Collaborate with IT, operations and finance teams to support solution delivery.
Preferred qualifications and education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations or a support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
Work duration
This is a full-time contract role with an initial duration of 12 months. Extensions may be considered based on business needs and performance.
