Business Analyst (Hybrid - AI company)

About the position 

Verysell AI is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst to lead and support the end-to-end delivery of our innovative Generative AI solutions for a diverse portfolio of international clients. 

This is a hybrid role that blends traditional business analysis with project management. You will act as the crucial bridge between our clients' business needs and our internal technical teams. From initial discovery workshops to final project delivery, you will be responsible for understanding client objectives, defining project scope, and driving the project forward to a successful conclusion.

What You'll Do 

Client Engagement & Requirements Management: 

• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, leading discovery sessions, workshops, and meetings to elicit and understand their business requirements. 
• Translate complex client needs into clear, well-defined technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for the development team. 
• Manage and prioritize the project backlog to ensure development work aligns with client objectives and delivers maximum business value. 

Project Leadership & Delivery: 

• Take ownership of client projects from kickoff to completion, independently driving the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, define scope, establish timelines, and track key milestones to ensure on-time delivery. 
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and facilitate clear communication between clients and the internal team of AI Engineers, Developers, and Designers. 
• Lead project meetings, provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure alignment at all stages. 

Solution & Quality Assurance: 

• Collaborate closely with the technical team to design feasible and effective AI solutions that meet client expectations. 
• Champion the client's perspective throughout the development process, using Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients, gathering feedback and ensuring the final product meets the agreed-upon requirements. 

What You'll Bring 

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a client-facing role within a AI company or consulting firm. 
• Demonstrated experience in project management or project coordination, with the ability to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and verbal ~ IELTS 7.5)
• Proven ability to work directly and confidently with international clients, managing expectations and building strong relationships. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements. 
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. 
• Experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients. 
• A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of AI.
• Strong logical thinking and an interest in Generative AI technology and AI products is a significant plus.
