Job Opportunity

As a Workday HCM Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical/configuration teams, ensuring Workday solutions effectively support people, process, and data requirements. This role is multi‑dimensional, encompassing supplier management, product development, enhancement, evangelism, and advocacy.

What you will be doing

  • Define a product vision that enables the People strategy through delivery of the Workday product roadmap.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional Workday solutions.
  • Support Workday solution design and configuration across HCM, Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Manage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and ensure alignment across HR and technical teams.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and transition activities for Workday implementations.
  • Provide data, reporting, and security support, including Workday dashboards.
  • Drive change management, training, and adoption of Workday solutions.
  • Support release management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of experience as an HCM Business Analyst with strong hands‑on Workday expertise.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Workday HCM Core and related modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent requirement‑gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex HR requirements into clear functional solutions.
  • Experience with Workday Reporting & Dashboards.
  • Exposure to Agile or Waterfall delivery models.
  • Knowledge of Workday security setup and governance.
  • Experience supporting global HR organisations and multi‑country rollouts.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience transitioning a greenfield Workday implementation to BAU.
  • Customer journey and value‑stream mapping expertise.
  • Proven ability to create product vision, roadmap, and backlog management.
  • Hands‑on configuration experience across multiple Workday HR modules.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
  • Certifications in Workday HCM or related HR technologies.
