We are looking for a proactive and technology-savvy Business Analyst to support the Global Capability Owner (GCO) of Function & Legal Entity Controlling in managing a globally distributed finance organization. The role focuses on enabling efficient team coordination, structured follow-ups, and effective planning of leadership meetings across regions. You will play a key role in driving operational discipline and supporting the governance of a complex, global controlling environment delivering planning, closing, and reporting services.
In addition, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality presentations and decision-support materials for senior leadership, as well as maintaining and enhancing the FLE service catalogue to ensure transparency and standardization.
The ideal candidate combines a solid finance background with strong analytical and digital skills, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and presentation platforms. A strong understanding of finance and controlling processes is essential, Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus.
