You’ll contribute to documenting future-state processes, supporting system configuration and testing, and ensuring alignment between business needs and ERP capabilities. Your work will directly support a successful system rollout and help teams adopt new ways of working. This is an 18-month term opportunity supporting a high-priority transformation initiative, with potential for extension or longer-term opportunities based on evolving business needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Map current and future-state processes; identify opportunities to improve and streamline workflows

  • Partner with stakeholders and vendors to gather, document, and refine business requirements

  • Support ERP configuration, implementation activities, and integration discussions

  • Develop and execute testing scenarios (SIT/UAT); track issues and support resolution

  • Assist with data migration activities, including mapping and validation

  • Support user readiness through training and change-related activities

  • Act as a key liaison between end users, project teams, and external partners

What you bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in Finance or ERP projects

  • Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting) and procurement / purchasing workflows

  • Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations, business requirements documentation (BRDs, user stories), process mapping, and testing / UAT

  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working with vendors and supporting transformation initiatives

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
