Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: N/A Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: N/A Experience REQUIRED: Minimum of four (4) years in Finance, IT, Human Resources, Benefits, or Accounting. Experience in data/information analysis, with financial and critical thinking skills. Previous experience with compensation, payroll, benefits, insurance, contracts, business administration, process improvement, data analytics, and/or regulation compliance. Minimum of one (1) year of experience with spreadsheets, databases, and report-writing software. Experience PREFERRED: Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably an academic medical center or physician practice. Compensation experience. Previous supervisory work experience. Project management experience. Previous experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferably Cerner. Education/training REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent. Education/training PREFERRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Human Resources, or other job-related field from an accredited program. Independent action(s) required: Able to conduct analysis and work independently with minimal supervision. Coordinates work with manager as needed. Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable): May lead and have oversight for a team. Additional position requirements: May require working early/late hours or weekends. The Business Analyst, Finance & Administration supports operational, financial, and administrative functions across the Department. This role is responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating provider enrollment and credentialing, supporting human resources processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and academic requirements. Role will supervise and provide direction to administrative staff and contingent workforce personnel. Provide administrative and operational support for academic programs, faculty activities, and departmental initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and institutional requirements; assist with audits, reporting, and policy implementation.





Compensation Range

$25.03 - $87,942.40

Actual salary offers will be based on several key factors to include relevant work experience, credentials, and qualifications.
