At ABB Robotics, we are committed to driving innovation and shaping a more sustainable future. As part of our global IS team, you will help transform business needs into smart, scalable solutions that power industries and improve lives. We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our Robotics company focusing on finance and treasury applications.
Your Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Analyze and document business processes, propose improvements, and assess impacts on existing systems and data flows
- Prepare and validate test cases to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IS, development, and QA teams to guide solution design and implementation
- Manage backlog and agile delivery using Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with business priorities
In addition, you will support testing, training, and rollout activities, and ensure that solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with ABB’s global standards. You will work closely with Business Process Owners, IS Managers, and Solution Architects to drive efficiency and innovation across distributed, multicultural teams.
The position is global. The preferred locations is Poland, Hungary, Spain, Sweden or India.
Your Background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business, system, functional, or data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and excellent communication abilities
- Experience with finance and treasury applications
- Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Identity Access Management
