About the Role
ICA is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to play a key role in both business development and supporting internal/external projects. The candidate will engage in federal health market analysis, support client-facing projects, and contribute to proposal development efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in management consulting, data analysis, and project management, with a focus on driving business growth and delivering value to clients. This role bridges business development and operational support, making it vital to ICA’s federal health initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, business development, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and ideas clearly.
- Experience with federal contracting and familiarity with public health initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Conduct market research and analyze federal health industry trends to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with business development teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and client engagement strategies.
- Support client-facing projects by gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and offering strategic insights.
- Assist with project management functions, ensuring timely delivery of key project milestones.
- Facilitate internal and external stakeholder meetings to gather insights and drive decision-making.
- Analyze data and prepare reports that support both business development initiatives and ongoing client projects.
