Responsibilities include data preparation, feature development, experimentation, model evaluation, error analysis, validation, workflow monitoring, troubleshooting, and translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.

Designs and delivers machine-learning, analytics, NLP, and generative-AI solutions for healthcare and regulated federal data environments. Builds production workflows, predictive models, classification systems, and decision-support tools using structured and unstructured data. Owns data quality, experimentation, evaluation, validation, monitoring, governance, privacy, and deployment decisions. Collaborates with technical teams, domain experts, clients, and leadership to solve ambiguous, technically complex problems.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for a document-intelligence platform. Translate client needs into testable requirements, partner with data scientists and engineers on models, pipelines, and search, define evaluation metrics and thresholds, prioritize reusable platform capabilities, coordinate releases, and measure product performance.
