Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly financial and business reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Preparation of monthly performance analyses and reports.
Conducting in-depth analyses of financial and business data for internal decision-making.
Participation in identifying deviations from the plan and developing improvement proposals.
Coordination of non-current inventory management.
Participation in preparing of the annual financial business plan.
Participation in business process optimization projects.
Help managing the reporting system (BI).
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (controlling or business analytics).
University degree or Masters study in economics/finance or another relevant field.
Good understanding of business process principles (preference will be given to candidates coming from manufacturing companies and with experience in preparing reports for parent companies abroad).
Experience in planning and reporting, as well as working with large databases.
Advanced level of English language proficiency.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, complex information systems, and preferably also business intelligence tools (BI).
It can be a plus if you hold a knowledge of Slovenian and international accounting standards, current financial and tax legislation.
Excellent analytical skills, logical thinking, systematic approach, precision, reliability, ability to clearly communicate information/conclusions/proposals, solution-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
