Job Description
- Analyse business requirements, objectives, and needs, as well as design processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Identify, document, and re-engineer business processes and metrics to support continuous improvement
- Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues and develop actionable recommendations
- Provide clear and detailed requirements to developers and assist in verifying system functionality
- Ensure quality standards are met and test results are up-to-date
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes, including mitigation planning
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including offshore development centers, using Agile methodologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Understanding of business goals, objectives, and operations in the banking and financial services industry
- Knowledge of industry-standard process methodologies (e.g. Agile)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict management, customer service, and time management skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of influencing stakeholders and driving results, as well as be able to estimate work effort for projects and ensure successful completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - familiarity with tools like Jira is desirable
