Position Profile:
Responsible for assessing ERP system, surrounding systems, and involved business processes to provide solutions that will improve company operations
Specific responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business units to gather and document business requirements.
Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
ERP Configuration: Configure the LN ERP system to meet business needs and optimize performance.
Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules and upgrades.
User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the ERP system in a timely manner.
Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and the IT department to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
ERP Experience: 4 years+ proven experience with ERP systems (Infor LN, Syteline, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Netsuite, EPICOR, TOTVS or other)
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL and database management.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Language: English 80% listening and speaking
Preferred Qualifications:
ERP Knowlegde: Infor LN Cloud ERP
Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing or supply chain processes.
