A Business Analyst is a link between the IT department and the company, as well as with external customers and suppliers. The objective of the role is to implement and maintain an application solution around the ERP system and its ecosystem. The person will join our Da Vinci team which focuses on the implementation and configuration of new ERP and CRM systems - Microsoft Dynamics AX and Salesforce in Arrow's EMEA region.
What will you do at Arrow?
- Establish and maintain continuous assessment of operational processes in the EMEA region,
- Perform ongoing analysis of business needs to optimize business processes.
- You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring the continuous evaluation of business processes in the EMEA region, the ongoing analysis of business needs in order to optimize them,
- Act as a single point of contact for the business community regarding functional requirements,
- Manage the review and validation of functional specification documents,
- Manage user acceptance tests of the solutions provided,
- Monitor the entire process and think about continuous improvement, analyze reports and ROI metrics,
- Provide on-site support for end-to-end testing during ERP implementation.
The profile we are looking for:
- 3 years of experience in the field
- Knowledge of MS AX Dynamics / MS Dynamics Navision required
- Knowledge of Salesforce will be a plus
- Fluent English, French will be an asset
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Supply Chain experience
- EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and/or APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) knowledge
